The meeting started at around 10:00pm after having our dinner and discussed the things that will be included on the loot bags and the things to be given to the Bahay PagIbig Administration as shown below respectively.

As for our transportation needs we will have a 12 seater van as per Sis Carol, Sis Chai will bring her car and Bro Ed van. All in all we will have a total of 15 seats available and we would like to know all those who will join us so we can have a headcount. Bro Ricky has volunteered to drive the van of Sis Carol on the way to Bahay Pag-Ibig. Sis Carol also mentioned that a friend of her who will join us might bring a car and will advise us for confirmation on Monday, 20 September 2010.

All the preparation on the loot bags will be taken care of Bro Vic at their house a day before of our project.

Our time of departure was set at 12:00nn on 25 September and meeting place will be at Mc Donalds along Quezon Avenue corner 4th Street, Quezon City.

Three boxes of noodles were given by Ms Shiela Daulat-Vitug and all the 100 pieces anahaw fans bought in the amount of Php1000.00 by Bro Eryx were already brought to the house of Bro Vic respectively. Sis Virgie also had her giveaways to be given to the elders and Bro Vic bought some caps for the male. Sis Grays also confirmed through text the following items: 75 pcs Tootbrush, 75 pcs Bath Soap, 12 dozens Sachet Shampoo, 500 pcs Vitamin B Complex, 500 pcs Vitamin B in addition of her pledged for Washing detergent and Liquid Soap.

Bro Eryx had already prepared our ID's and necklace through the courtesy of Bro Eryx wife Sis Grace and was tasked to prepare for our banner design and print out labels.

An amount of Php5000.00 from my fellow alumni Mr Jun Carreon was already received and will be given to Bro Vic on 25 September 2010.

As for the food that we will bring to Bahay Pag-Ibig, this will be coordinated with Sis Bea by Bro Vic and will just be picked up upon our arrival near the area.

Other matter discussed was the Baptismal and 1st Birthday celebration of Jessie Darren Carmelo son our fellow member son Bro Red and Sis Jessica on 19 September 2010 and agreed to have our convoy in going to the church and reception.

The meeting was adjourned at around 12:00MN.
